ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Riccardo, an engineering student passionate about technology, aerospace, and robotics.

I love building things — from private cloud servers with Raspberry Pi to robotic systems powered by ROS.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked on a variety of projects that reflect my curiosity and drive to learn:

  • Building my own cloud server with Raspberry Pi and Nextcloud

  • Designing PCBs using KiCad

  • Writing professional documents with LaTeX

  • Publishing websites using GitHub Pages

  • Running structural simulations with Ansys

  • Developing robotic arm control systems with ROS

I’m also actively involved in team projects:

  • I’m part of a university rocketry team, where we design, build, and launch experimental rockets.

  • I participate in a sloshing dynamics team, working on fluid-structure interaction studies for aerospace applications.

These experiences have helped me develop strong technical skills, a passion for collaborative engineering, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.

I’m particularly interested in the future of space exploration, especially in developing technologies for human habitats like the Multi-Purpose Habitat (MPH) project connected to lunar missions.

When I’m not studying or building, I enjoy exploring new technologies, learning about software architecture, and working on side projects that challenge me to grow.

This website is where I share my experiences, projects, and what I learn along the way.

I believe that sharing knowledge not only helps others but also sharpens my own skills.

Thanks for visiting — let’s build something great together! 🚀
